VOTAC is the Voices of the African Continent. It is a subscription-based and advertiser-supported platform, focused on economic, political and cultural contents. VOTAC aims to become a principal source of news and entertainment about and from Africa, streamed live and available on-demand. Most important, VOTAC aims serve as the media vehicle for 54 African countries, providing each with the same global presence BBC, PBS, CNN, HBO and Showtime offer their home countries.

Bintu & Friends™
African folklore and literary works provide some of the best content for children and general
audience animation series and movies.
Bintu & Friends™ is VOTAC's first animation series for children and adult. Our global
audience will have the opportunity to join an inquisitive six-year-old (Bintu) and her
accomplice five-year-old brother (Deji), together with their family and friends on
transformative odysseys, exploring stories about the African continent.

Isaac Busari
As a child living in northern Nigeria, Mr. Busari became fascinated with
cartoons. It is important to note that cartoons were the only television
programs his parents would let him and his siblings watch. His curiosity
about character drawing and movement, environmental scenery, sound and
special effects was insatiable. In primary school, he discovered he had
a natural talent for sketching and drawing. His favorite subject was
Fine Arts. He was called upon by classmates and teachers to lend his
talents to various art projects.
Mr. Busari gave up sketching and drawing while attending secondary
school and university. Upon completion of his studies, he secured
corporate jobs. The desire to return to his passion (sketching and
drawing) never left him. Starting with requests from friends for
portraiture, mascots, etc., and a growing list of paying clients, Mr.
Busari realized it was time to hang up his corporate career.
This time, he would not only watch cartoons, he will create them. With
the growth of the animation industry in Nigeria, and increased access to
relevant technologies, seeing the quality of work by others, Mr. Busari
realized his passion is now his profession. It was time to become a
fulltime Animator. He began self-educating himself, learning about
processes, techniques and technologies. He completed courses and
tutorials. With each engagement, demand and client referrals grew.
As Animation Series Director, Mr. Busari will oversee all aspects of the
animation process during the production of Bintu and Friends™. His
responsibilities will include directing the storyboard, character
design, background animation, and every other aspects of animation. Mr.
Busari will also supervise animated film productions and the creation of
the animation and filming. As Series Animation Director, Mr. Busari will
oversee animators who complete scenes in which series characters appear,
including checking and updating lists for each scene.
As Principal Lead Animator, Mr. Busari will lend his industry honed
abilities in animation to work the entire animation production line from
integration to delivery. Mr. Busari will serve in the primary role of
assisting the Art Director in managing the art team, including pipeline
delivery and personnel development. As Principal Lead Animator, Mr.
Busari will recruit, assemble, manage and mentor members of the Bintu &
Friends™ team.
Mr. Busari earned a Bachelor of Arts, Sociology from Madonna University.
As Series Director and Lead Animator, he will be shuttling between
Lagos, Nigeria, and San Francisco, California.
